Hi There, Welcome!

This is Sakshi Kushnoor, from India, currently living in Kansas, United States. I’m a Digital Artist and a Surface Pattern Designer. My favorite things to do are cooking, gardening and doodling and Occasionally I love having my coffee in my patio on sunny mornings.

I live with my husband and my cat in Overland Park Kansas.

Colors and Designs have always inspired me ever since I was little. As a Digital Artist, honestly, I think there is nothing more fulfilling and joyful than seeing your artwork on products.

Someday I hope to have my artwork licensed to fabric companies and have my artwork on fabric, wallpapers, cushion covers, mousepads, coasters, gift wraps and any surface possible.

 My Story:

I have studied Commerce, and I’ve done my bachelors in Business Management as an under-grad program.

I have worked in a corporate “9 to 5” job for 3 years after college. I’d always loved doodling, But as I got older and after college, I grew a little distant with my art, but funnily I did continue to doodle on the last pages of my notebooks all throughout college, 🙂 but I never knew it was possible to make a living or generate an income by making art.

It all started when my husband gifted me an iPad.Yes! An iPad made me reconnect to the art side of mine. When I googled some of the best rated apps for iPad, I came across an app named Procreate.

And Once I started creating artwork on Procreate, doodling became an addiction which I could not stop!

So, I started doing some research, on how so many people have made a good living for themselves through their digital art. I then realized that the possibilities for digital art are endless. From selling your art prints directly to your customers, to licensing your artwork to companies for royalties, you could do all that at the convenience of working in the comfort of your Home. That also led me to learning a new software called adobe illustrator, which is used by logo designers, surface pattern designers, architects etc. I’m still learning that software though as it vast and there is so much to learn.
